Our Classes

Tiny Champions (4 yrs Old)

This class introduces our youngest students to Jiu-Jitsu through playful movement, basic coordination, and simple techniques. The focus is on building confidence, listening skills, and respectful behavior in a fun and supportive environment.

LC 1 (Ages 5-6):

This class builds on core Jiu-Jitsu skills with a more structured approach to self-defense, takedowns, and ground control. Students develop discipline, focus, and resilience while learning real techniques in a safe, age-appropriate setting.

LC 2 (Ages 7-9):

Our LC2 Program challenges students with a more fundamental approach to Jiu-Jitsu, emphasizing self-defense, takedowns, and positional control. Classes let them learn the core foundations of this martial art in a fun, safe program that builds confidence, discipline, and mental toughness.

Juniors (Ages 10-12):

The Juniors Program challenges adolescents and teens with a more advanced approach to Jiu-Jitsu, emphasizing higher levels of self-defense, takedowns, and positional control, preparing them for both the mats and everyday life.

GB1: Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals

The GB1 Program is where every Gracie Barra student 13+ begins. Designed for beginners, it provides structured training in core techniques, self-defense, and the values of Gracie Barra. Students build a strong technical foundation that prepares them for more advanced programs.

GB2: Advanced Jiu-Jitsu

The GB2 Program expands on the fundamentals with advanced techniques, positional drills, No-Gi training, and live sparring. It’s designed for students with at least 3 stripes on their white belt and a minimum of 4 months of consistent training.

GBF: Women’s Only Jiu-Jitsu & Self-Defense

The GBF Program is a women-only class that offers a supportive environment to learn Jiu-Jitsu. With a focus on self-defense and core techniques, it helps students build confidence and prepares them to transition into co-ed programs like GB1, GB2, and GB3.
